Farah is a highly experienced member of the Private client team. She joined us in September 2014 after working for over 14 years as a solicitor, in various roles including that of partner at a local firm of solicitors.

Farah is a member of Resolution and one of the accredited specialists in the areas of Advanced Financial Provision and Advocacy Financial Provision. As a member of Resolution Farah believes in taking a non-aggressive approach is the most expedient, cost effective and amicable way of resolving family disputes. Where negotiation is required Farah takes a robust but fair approach.

Farah helps people going through separation including dealing with all related finances and children matters as well as pre and post nuptial and cohabitation agreements. Farah typically advises clients with complex financial issues involving a portfolio of assets in the UK and abroad as well as business assets. She aims to achieve the best possible outcome for all her clients.

Wills, Probate, Trusts and Elderly client
Farah has extensive experience in this area including drafting wills, codicils, advising on inheritance tax issues, care home fees, deeds of variation and the administration of estates. In addition, Farah advises on Lasting Powers of Attorney and undertakes Court of Protection work.

Farah advises business owners or private individuals on the best way to effectively plan their estates. She understands how to deal with clients with empathy and sensitivity when dealing with probate matters at a most challenging time in their lives.
